Winterville First Baptist Church: Winterville, GA

Mrs. Linda is our teacher for the One Year Old Bee Class. She lives in Arnoldsville with her husband Douglas. They have three sons Benjamin (22), Daniel (21), and Nicholas (18). Douglas is a research animal scientist with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. They have a dog named Bella, lots of cats and some chickens. Linda enjoys reading and gardening. Linda and her family attend Lexington Baptist Church. Mrs. Linda has been teaching the One Year Olds for 13 years at WFBC Preschool.

Mrs. Sheri Wright is an assistant teacher in our One Year Old Bee Class, and she subbed for us last school year. We enjoyed getting to know Mrs. Sheri and see her sweet smile and love for children. Mrs. Sheri has a strong Christian foundation. Sheri has a toy poodle named Dalton Myles. She loves to crochet, bake, and volunteer for the Red Cross. She has a BS degree in Nutrition from Jacksonville State University and a Graduate degree from UGA's College of Education.

Mrs. Casey Busbin is one of our Two Year Old teachers in the Frog Classroom this year. Mrs. Casey is married to her husband Chris, who is a self-employed poultry and cattle farmer and owner/operator of C&C Trucking (dump truck hauling). They have two sons: Easton (5) and Lawson (3). Mrs. Casey's family has two dogs: Colt, Bela, and two cats: Mac and Cheese! She loves spending time with her boys and family, and they all enjoy working on the farm. Mrs. Casey started teaching dance as a senior in high school and taught for many years. This is her third year teaching at WFBC Preschool.

Mrs. Jeanne' Jones is one of our Two Year Old teachers of our Frog Class. Mrs. Jeanne' and her husband Lee have two children: Lucas (6) and Savannah (3). Her husband Lee works as the Oglethorpe County Band Director. They have a black lab named Bella. Mrs. Jeanne' has a Bachelor and Masters of Arts in History with a Minor in Music. She worked in child learning centers, Vacation Bible School, and currently serves as the Assistant Director and Color Guard Instructor with the Oglethorpe County High School Marching Band. This is her third year teaching with WFBC Preschool.

Nimmons

Heather Nimmons is an assistant in the Two Year Old Classroom. Heather is married to Andy Nimmons who is a Taxidermist and Chicken Farmer. They live in Lexington with their eight children (Madison (18), Tristan (16), Tommy (14), Mylee (12), Ava (10), Meadow (9), Memree (8), and Mercee (4) and many, many animals. Mrs. Heather loves to do crafts, decorate and spend time with her children and family. They are active members of Grove Chapel Church in Arnoldsville.

An assistant teacher for the Two Year Old Frog Class is Erica Lillard. Erica is married to Shelton Lillard, who drives for Cregger. Erica and Shelton live in Bogart, Georgia. They have 3 cats named Ellie, Clover, Opal and a very spoiled rabbit named Oscar. Erica loves to sing! She is an active member of Lexington Baptist Church.

Mrs. Dunne' Williams is the teacher for our Three Year Old Cat Class. Mrs. Dunne' lives in Winterville with her husband Chris who is an engineer. They have a son Gunnar who is four and attending the WFBC Preschool four year old program as well. She has a degree in Healthcare Adminsistration and has enjoyed working with children in Vacation Bible School. Mrs. Dunne' served WFBC Preschool as a substitute teacher first and then taught her first year in the three year old program last year. The Williams family attends Winterville First Baptist Church. Their family has a dog named Bailey and an indoor cat named Kitty-Kat.

The assistant teacher in the Three Year Old Cat Class is Mrs. Sharon Booth. She lives in Winterville and has two grown sons and four grandchildren. Mrs. Sharon was a school nurse and has 23 years of experience. She worked with both UGA and Hull Sanford Elementary School. This is her second year teaching at WFBC Preschool. Mrs. Sharon has a dog named Josie and loves art, crafts, and books.

Mrs. Maria Bowman is a teacher in our Three Year Old Bear Class. She lives in Winterville with her husband, Joe who is a claim adjustor with Sky Collision. They have grown children; a son and daughter-in-law Josh and Rebecca Bowman, a daughter and son-in-law named Rachel and Dustin Phillips, and a son Tanner Bowman. They have four grandchildren named Cruz, Dax, Brynn, and Tate. Their family attends Cornerstone Church in Athens. The Bowman family have a dog named Bella and three cats Lola, Luna, and Mr. Kitty. Mrs. Maria is new this year at the WFBC Preschool Program, but she is not new to teaching. Mrs. Maria has had 30 years of experience teaching Pre-k through 8th grade. She has a BEd in Middle Grades from UGA, a Masters in Early Childhood Education, and an EdS degree in Teacher Leadership and Curriculum.

The assistant teacher in the Three Year Old Bear Class this year is Mr. Michael Winsett. Mr. Michael lives in Crawford and has a black lab named Sally Dee. He enjoys playing the piano and saxophone, walking his dog and playing board games with friends and family. Mr. Michael teaches after school at Oglethorpe County Elementary School. He received his BEd degree from the University of North Georgia in Early Childhood Education. Mr. Michael is an active member of Church of Christ in Crawford.

Mrs. Chassidy Hambrick is the teacher in our Four Year Old Monkey Class. Mrs. Chassidy lives in Colbert with her husband Matt, who is owner of Hambrick Remodeling Construction. They have two daughters, Ava Clarie who is nine and Bella Grace who is eleven. The Hambrick family has two dogs, Copper and Cocoa. The Hambrick family attends Trinity Baptist in Danielsville. Mrs. Chassidy has an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education. She was lead teacher in Madison County Head Start and Academy Preschool in Jefferson for 8 years and this is her third year at WFBC Preschool. She enjoys going to Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., the Great Smokey Mountains, and Disney World with her family. Mrs. Chassidy is a big fan of and loves to cheer on the Georgia Dawgs and the Atlanta Braves.

Mrs. Amy Bohannon is the assistant teacher in the Four Year Old Monkey Class. Mrs. Amy has a Business degree from UGA, and this is her third year with WFBC Preschool. Mrs. Amy lives in Winterville with her husband Josh who is a District Sales Manager. They have two girls Kynlee (10) and Rylee Belle (6). They have a mini Australian Shepherd named Abbie. Mrs. Amy really likes going to the lake, spending time with her family, and baking. They attend Lexington Baptist Church.
